The staff were both competent and absolutely courteous. Essentials that you need, such as a kitchen and a couch, were there.

This hotel is very convenient to the Massy RER station.

Rooms are clean and a reasonable size. Staff is helpful. Free wirelass internet and pool facilities are good.

The food here was amazing! 🍽️ The location is perfect, just a few steps from everywhere we needed to go. The staff knew their stuff and we had no issues with them.

The location was marvellous, so close to a shared "socalled taxi" with someone else and which was convenient, in an industrialised area.

Modern accommodation with absolutely perfect setting near a shared "so-called taxi ", train station and city and Very close to a large train. Really useful base for one night.

The location here is outstanding and close to an RER B station, and the rooms are en suite, with efficient and experienced staff.

Given that the average speed around Paris seems to be 12km/hour.... This is a great hotel for doing business to the South of Paris...

Exposed wires, loose sockets,.... Seems like the electricity was installed when the electricians were on strike... Also: a desk should have a plug for a computer (I had to unplug the TV).

Staff were very helpful and minor maintenance issues were sorted out quickly. location to transport was very good and rooms were well appointed. Pool area and sauna were very clean and well serviced. Housekeeping staff did a great job.

Shortage of a few kitchen utensils.

New, good hotel with an excellent pool and good roomy rooms (No. 107). The price is great but the location feels far from Paris in transportation and charm ... Note that there is a nearby sncf station (tgv fast train) and a further away located rer station (local trains for Paris) and no metro. Only the rer station and entrance is relevant for you ... we lost some a lot of time. this process.

The hotel is so new that noisy and disturbing construction is still going on on weekdays right from the morning. Only breakfast buffet can be offered. Hotel located in a newly developed area far from Paris (30 min. to Eiffel) where a lot of buildings is still unfinished or un- inhabited due to a sudden stop from the financial crisis. Watch out when buying tickets from the local rer stration: they only speak french and sold us overpriced (wrong) tickets even at more tries to get a decent ticket. Consider buying 1 (Euro 10) or multi day train access cards.

I truly enjoyed this place as it was modern and incredibly beautiful. It was in a great location not far from the business centre of Massy.- The train station and stores near the Palaiseau station were convenient.

Nice and quiet rooms, tranquil place. Free internet.

The staff were extremelh helpful and I loved the fact there was free internet for everyone. Next time I will bring my swimsuit for the spa!
